5. Credits & Virtual Items

Credits have no real‑world monetary value. They are a virtual currency used solely within the Service to access AI chat features.

• Credit packages are one‑time purchases and never expire.
• Credits are consumed per message or interaction as described in the app.
• Credits are non‑transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other value.

6. Purchases & Refunds

All credit purchases are final and non‑refundable, except as required by applicable law or the refund policies of the platform (Apple App Store, Google Play, or Paddle) through which the purchase was made.

If you believe you are entitled to a refund under applicable law, please contact the platform where the purchase was made. We may, at our sole discretion, issue refunds in exceptional circumstances.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software associated with Zavex Chat are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Third‑Party Advertisements

The Service may display advertisements from third‑party networks such as Google AdSense. We are not responsible for the content or practices of these advertisers.

9. AI Disclaimer

AI‑generated responses are produced automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. They are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. You should not rely on them for professional advice (medical, legal, financial, etc.).

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties
